Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Salesperson to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, speaking Gujarati and Hindi fluently, and working independently on the ground, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Visit new and existing customers to promote our products/services

Communicate confidently in Gujarati and Hindi

Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions

Handle queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Stay updated on product knowledge

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain daily reports of field visits and customer feedback

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline

Must own a two-wheeler

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with extensive fieldwork
