Position: Regional Head-Sales Recruiter

Job Location: Kolkata, Patna, Bengaluru, Mumbai, NCR

Years of exp: 4 to 5 Years

Notice period: immediate joining/less than 30 days joining

Roles and Responsibility :

• Develop recruitment funnel in follow parameters

o Sourcing

o Screening

o Assessing

o Interviewing

o Verifying

o Offering

o Hiring

• Relationship building with Local Sales lead team.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboard through MIS.

• Mentor and train junior team members in the team.

Who you are: (Must Have)

• Experienced 4-5 years of sales Recruitment experience in the domain of Fintech Business.

• Good Written and spoken communication skills in English, and Regional Language.

• Have handled 2-3 recruiters’ team under direct supervision.

• Graduate in any displace.

Good to have:

• HR certification or specialized certification in recruitment in an added advantage.

• Experience setting up and deploying regional level recruitment team

• Experience working with different stake holders.
