roles and responsibility :

• develop recruitment funnel in follow parameters

o sourcing

o screening

o assessing

o interviewing

o verifying

o offering

o hiring

• relationship building with local sales lead team.

• develop and maintain reports and dashboard through mis.

• mentor and train junior team members in the team.

who you are: (must have)

• experienced 4-5 years of sales recruitment experience in the domain of fintech business.

• good written and spoken communication skills in english, and regional language.

• have handled 2-3 recruiters’ team under direct supervision.

• graduate in any displace.

good to have:

• hr certification or specialized certification in recruitment in an added advantage.

• experience setting up and deploying regional level recruitment team

• experience working with different stake holders.
