Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to join our Xiaomi showroom. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, and achieving sales .

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom

Explain product features, specifications, and benefits

Promote Xiaomi products and ongoing offers

Maintain product displays

Handle basic customer queries and provide after-sales guidance

Coordinate with the store team and report to the supervisor

Eligibility / Requirements:

Minimum qualification: +2, Diploma and Any Graduate

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of smartphones/electronics preferred

Willingness to work on weekends

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 to 23,000 take home + incentives

Incentives based on performance

Training will be provided

6 days working / 1 weekly off
