�� To train IAs with the help of training team
�� To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external
regulations

�� Achievement of sales targets and others parameters such as retention
�� Activation of Advisors monthly
C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
�� Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
�� More than 2 Years of Experience in Sales
�� Local candidate with good local network
D. SKILLS REQUIRED
�� Good Communication Skills
�� Good team building skills
�� Good knowledge of underwriting and operation processes
