we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy sales executive to help us build up our business activities. sales executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
roles & responsibilities
* cracking new outlets and handholding the same for 3 months
* hunters will train the sales team in terms of sales and product specifications and features
* brand promotion and btl activities implementation
* schemes and offers from brands will be explained to the sales team
* brand sales monthly target and sales incentive scheme will be signed off with sales associates and documented at respective dc
* providing samples to the sales team from the lot that is readily available for sales.
qualification
* 10th / 12th / any degree.
* freshers / experience can also apply.
* ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
* self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
* ability to create and deliver presentations.
* fast learner and quick thinker.
* passionate about sales.
* ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
