Objective
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Cracking new outlets and handholding the same for 3 months
* Hunters will train the sales team in terms of sales and product specifications and features
* Brand promotion and BTL activities implementation
* Schemes and offers from Brands will be explained to the sales team
* Brand sales monthly target and sales incentive scheme will be signed off with sales associates and documented at respective dc
* Providing samples to the sales team from the lot that is readily available for sales.
Qualification
* 10th / 12th / any degree.
* Freshers / Experience can also apply.
* Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
* Ability to create and deliver presentations.
* Fast learner and quick thinker.
* Passionate about sales.
* Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
