ObjectiveWe are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities* Cracking new outlets and handholding the same for 3 months* Hunters will train the sales team in terms of sales and product specifications and features* Brand promotion and BTL activities implementation* Schemes and offers from Brands will be explained to the sales team* Brand sales monthly target and sales incentive scheme will be signed off with sales associates and documented at respective dc* Providing samples to the sales team from the lot that is readily available for sales.Qualification* 10th / 12th / any degree.* Freshers / Experience can also apply.* Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.* Ability to create and deliver presentations.* Fast learner and quick thinker.* Passionate about sales.* Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
