key responsibilities:
1. sales and business development:
o achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for tiles and sanitary ware products.
o develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
o identify new market opportunities and acquire new clients in the assigned territory.
2. client relationship management:
o provide product demonstrations, technical support, and consultations to clients.
o regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
o resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales service to build long-term trust.
3. market analysis and strategy:
o conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
o recommend strategies to improve market share and product visibility.
o assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and trade shows.
4. sales operations:
o ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
o maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in crm software.
o prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
5. product knowledge:
o stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in tiles and sanitary ware products.
o educate clients on the benefits, features, and applications of products.
