Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to contribute to our sales growth in the Nashik region. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, presenting our [Specify Products/Services], and closing sales deals within their assigned territory in Nashik and surrounding areas. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting (Nashik Focus): Identify and generate new sales leads within the Nashik region through various methods such as cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.

Building Relationships (Local Emphasis): Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers in Nashik and nearby areas.

Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of our [Specify Products/Services] to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations (Localized Content): Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, tailoring the content to their specific needs and the local market context in Nashik.

Handling Objections and Queries: Address customer questions and objections professionally and persuasively.

Closing Sales (Achieving Nashik Targets): Effectively negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the Nashik territory.

Territory Management (Nashik Focus): Manage and organize sales activities within the assigned territory in Nashik to maximize efficiency and reach.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress. Provide regular reports to the Sales Executive or Manager.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
