Sales Officer - Full Time

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Actively reach out to potential customers to introduce products and services, building rapport and trust to foster relationships.

- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales, contributing to overall company growth.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities and strategies for improvement.

- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to management, providing insights on performance and areas needing attention.

- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally in a related field, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and work well within a team.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to completing tasks and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office, for reporting and communication purposes.
