key responsibilities:

greet customers warmly and understand their needs.

showcase and explain jewellery features, purity, designs, and pricing.

build trust and long-term customer relationships.

achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.

assist in jewellery selection, fitting, and customisation as per customer preference.

handle billing, packaging, and pos operations accurately.

maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organisation of jewellery counters.

keep updated with jewellery trends, product knowledge, and promotional offers.

ensure security and safe handling of high-value items.

skills & preferences:

excellent communication and sales skills.

polite, patient, and professional customer handling.

knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.

strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

well-groomed and presentable appearance.

responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined.

basic computer literacy and familiarity with billing software.

language: hindi (mandatory), basic english preferred.

education & experience:

minimum 12th pass (graduate preferred).

prior experience in jewellery sales is an advantage.
