We are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Cashier to join our team and ensure smooth financial transactions while delivering great customer service.Key Responsibilities:Handle billing, invoicing, and processing of payments (cash, card, UPI, cheque).Maintain daily cash registers, receipts, and transaction records.Reconcile end-of-day accounts and submit reports to management.Ensure accuracy in cash handling and balance verification.Assist customers politely with billing queries and payment options.Coordinate with sales staff for smooth order processing.Follow company policies regarding financial documentation and security.Required Skills & Qualifications:Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in retail or jewellery.Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and billing software (Tally/Excel/POS).Trustworthy, disciplined, and customer serviceoriented.Good communication skills (Hindi/English).Ability to work under pressure during peak hours/festive seasons.

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to manage daily financial operations, compliance, and stock accounting for our jewellery store. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP or similar softwareHandle GST, TDS, and income tax compliance including return filingPerform bank reconciliation and daily cash flow managementManage jewellery inventory accounting, costing, and BIS hallmark recordsPrepare bills, vouchers, and MIS reports in ExcelCoordinate with sales team, cashier, management, vendors, and auditorsEnsure accurate weight, purity, and rate calculations for stock and salesAssist in audit preparation and maintain proper documentationUphold confidentiality and compliance with store policiesRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting softwareKnowledge of taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax)Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsGood communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to manage workload during festive and seasonal peaksPreferred: Jewellery industry experience, POS integration knowledge, basic foreign currency handling

Job Overview:The Peon will assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the jewellery store by providing basic support services, ensuring cleanliness, and helping staff and customers as required.Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store premises.Serve water, tea, or refreshments to customers and staff when required.Assist in opening and closing the store (basic arrangements, cleaning, etc.).Carry and deliver lightweight jewellery parcels or documents within the store or to trusted locations.Assist staff in arranging stock or basic tasks.Ensure the store environment is neat and presentable for customers.Support in maintaining a calm and professional atmosphere in the store.Skills & Preferences:Basic communication skills.Polite and respectful behavior.Punctual and reliable.Physically fit for light duties.Honest and trustworthy.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Work Timings:Morning 10:00 AM to Evening 9:00 PM (as per store policy).Leave Policy:1 leave per month.Option to take 6 leaves together every 6 months.Total 24 leaves per year.Other Rules:Loud talking is not allowed inside the store.Uniform is compulsory.Maintain a cool and professional environment.
