Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Managers in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate tie-up targets and drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
Assist in prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients, including corporate decision-makers, HR managers, and benefits administrators.
Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experience.
Assist in tracking sales performance metrics, updating CRM software, and generating regular reports for management review.
Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
