We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel packages. Understand clients' travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages based on their preferences and budget. Prepare and share travel quotations in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients throughout the travel planning and booking process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service. Ensure prompt follow-up with clients and address their concerns effectively. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by treating every client with professionalism and IBILITY & REQUIREMENTS Basic knowledge of computers and online communication tools. Good verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to handle client queries with patience and confidence. Willingness to learn about the travel and tourism industry. Freshers are welcome to apply.
