Role Responsibilities
• Reach out to stores, restaurants , café, ,Supermarket, co-working spaces, cafes, offices, and health stores to pitch Grocdash-Onboarding process
• Create and maintain a pipeline of leads; follow up consistently
• Demonstrate product features and samples to partners and end-users
• Collect feedback, objections, and competitor insights from the field
• Meet weekly sales targets and submit daily reports
• Experience of Microsoft excel
Sales plan achievement
• Achieving sales plan of the territory weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Creating and maintaining ambience in the stores to improve customer experience. Attending to customers on product complaints
• Taking feedback on customer requirement with respect to new products Stock Management
Distribution plan – Demand Planning
• Demand Planning Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the demand planning process by adopting new tools, improving collaboration with stakeholders, and refining forecasting methods.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and sales trends analysi
You Should Have
• Prior experience of minimum 2 year in Logistics/delivery/Supply Chain/FMCG or restaurants sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills- Hindi, Bengali
• Hunger for growth and performance-based rewards
• 2-wheeler and smartphone for local travel (mandatory)
