Role Responsibilities Reach out to stores, restaurants , caf, ,Supermarket, co-working spaces, cafes, offices, and health stores to pitch Grocdash-Onboarding process Create and maintain a pipeline of leads; follow up consistently Demonstrate product features and samples to partners and end-users Collect feedback, objections, and competitor insights from the field Meet weekly sales targets and submit daily reports Experience of Microsoft excelSales plan achievement Achieving sales plan of the territory weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Creating and maintaining ambience in the stores to improve customer experience. Attending to customers on product complaints Taking feedback on customer requirement with respect to new products Stock ManagementDistribution plan Demand Planning Demand Planning Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the demand planning process by adopting new tools, improving collaboration with stakeholders, and refining forecasting methods. Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and sales trends analysiYou Should Have Prior experience of minimum 2 year in Logistics/delivery/Supply Chain/FMCG or restaurants sales (preferred) Excellent communication and convincing skills- Hindi, Bengali Hunger for growth and performance-based rewards 2-wheeler and smartphone for local travel (mandatory)
