Job Summary:
Responsible for generating business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting motor manufacturing repairing, rewinding, overhauling, and maintenance services to industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customers for motor repair, rewinding, and maintenance services.
Visit industrial clients, steel plants, railways, cement plants, and manufacturing units.
Searching & Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Searching tender & filling GeM, IREPS, E-tendering
Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with technical and production teams for timely execution of jobs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve sales targets and prepare periodic sales reports.
Assist in payment follow-up and collection activities.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of electric motors, generators, and industrial maintenance services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to prepare quotations and handle tenders.
Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
