Generate new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email.

Contact Flour Mills, Rice Mills, Cattle Feed Plants, Grain Processing Plants and dealers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts.

Prepare and send quotations, product details and catalogues.

Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Coordinate with the Dispatch and Accounts teams for order processing and payments.

Collect market information regarding competitors, prices, products and customer requirements.

Maintain daily records of calls, leads, enquiries, follow-ups and sales.

Participate in exhibitions, dealer meetings and other marketing activities when required.
