• The main role is to generate leads, develop new business clientle and turn them into our potential customers by convincing them to buy our available properties.
• Handling customer visits at the project site and bring it to closure.
• Excellent in closing deals and retaining clients.
• Excellent in selling properties.
• Support in marketing and promotional activities.
• Timely maintaining property management and agreements of clients.
• Take care of Registration of Sold Units.
• Handle customer's payment issues.
• Handle marketing related issues.
• Professional services background.
• Solid Business Development and Marketing experience.
• Real Estate knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of team.
