Job Description

We are looking for a passionate & experienced Asst. Sales Manager to join our organization The First Home. The responsibilities for the said position will be included of new business development, generate leads, make sales calls, continuous update our CRM database, and meet sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

The main role is to generate leads, develop new business clientle and turn them into our potential customers by convincing them to buy our available properties.

Handling customer visits at the project site and bring it to closure.

Excellent in closing deals and retaining clients.

Excellent in selling properties.

Support in marketing and promotional activities.

Timely maintaining property management and agreements of clients.

Take care of Registration of Sold Units.

Handle customer's payment issues.

Handle marketing related issues.

Professional services background.

Solid Business Development and Marketing experience.

Real Estate knowledge preferred.

Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Real Estate selling experience must.

Highly enthusiastic with positive attitude.

Self-motivated and proactive.

Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities/projects.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Professional and Confident

Should have ample knowledge of Chandigarh Tricity.
