Requirements
-Must have 2 years of experience working as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
-Self-recruitment, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
-Build and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with sales team and understanding their needs.
-Current sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts for the management team.
-Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
-Proven ability to kick start the sales process with a plan.
-Strong business sense and industry expertise.
-Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
