Roles and Responsibilities
-Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
-Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
-Display commercial and residential properties to customers, ensuring that the company's high standards were met and all policies and procedures are followed.
-Planning and executing marketing programmed , producing the targeted number of qualified leads.
-Working with third parties in many different professions towards a smooth transaction for the clients.
-Foster positive client relationships in order to obtain referral business.
-Negotiating on behalf of the company with clients and closing deals.
-Maintaining relationships with mortgage professionals and lawyers in order to advise clients and recommending reputable people to work with.
-Graduate & MBA preferred.
