? sustain and grow the powder coating sales & marketing,

? direct customers, customer’s value chain, distributors, external market knowledge sources, servicing the existing customers with quality products on time

? opening up and commercializing potential opportunities for sales growth

? improving product mix and average selling price

? increase market share, improve collection efficiency

? work with r&d and production on opportunities for providing value added service

? annual/monthly forecast of sale in line with budget, daily/weekly/monthly progress report on sale and collection. other reports as and when required
