KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Drive Sales Revenues through agents assigned to the Store P&L
 All major sales promotion to be highlighted at the store.
 Overseeing the entire store operation.
 Tie-up and managing business through Travel Agents.
 Be the point of contact for Franchisee, Agents & TF
 Timely MIS and Report generation
 Seamless interface for cross-functional follow-ups.
 Ensure complaint resolution within specified time frame
 Ensure daily remittance and posting of collections
 Recruitment and training of Franchisee staff
 Relationship management with customers and key accounts
 Ensuring Company policies and all processes are adhered to
