education:- any graduate or postgraduate.

ctc:- 15k to 18k (freshers) & hike on previous salary (experience)

working days:- 6 days work/week (saturday and sunday mandatory working)

responsibilities:

-meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.

-visit apartments and societies to understand the scope of business in the respective location.

-prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities.

-on-boarding new children on the clevernist platform will be a major kra for a field sales manager.

-researching potential leads from open markets, web searches, or digital resources.

requirements:

-excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-should have own vehicle.

-should be proficient in hindi and english language, knowing the regional language will be a plus.

-should be comfortable to work for 6 days, rotational week-off (saturday & sunday working).

-effective presentation and negotiation skills.

-hands-on ms excel, word & ppt, etc.

-minimum 6 months to 3 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
