Roles and Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities for Sales Associate are as:
Generate leads within your assigned market or geographic area.
Have to sell a cloud based Human Resource Management System.
Complete software sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Research and build network with new clients
Identify potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network
Identify potential client decision makers and the company practice leaders/principals
Plan approaches and pitches
Set up the meeting between client decision makers and the company's practice
leaders/principals
Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients
Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales
Excellent follow ups and negotiation skills
Ready for outside sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good at local language like Tamil/Kannada
Should be comfortable with travel
Candidates from IT Sales background given preference
Experience in manufacturing sector will be added advantage
