Ø appoint and coordination with team, channel partners like- master distributor, distributor, retailer, franchisee.
Ø channel growth and maintain to all channel.
Ø create new retailers and manage relationship with key retail outlet.
Ø maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
Ø should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
Ø provide training and manage all channel, responsible for achieving sales target.
Ø good communication skills, meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning, independence, motivation for sales,
team handling.
