Job Description

Presales Support (Demo, Technical evaluation of the product, etc) • Internal IT support • Customer support • Social network updates

• Switches configuration and Vlan polices.

• Router and Access point configuration.

• Assembling, Hardware & Software maintenance.

• Troubleshooting hardware & software problems.

• Resolution of IDS Mgmt. Software Related Problems.

• Resolution of HOTSOFT POS Software Related Problems.

• Installing, configuration and upgradation all the peripheral, components & drivers.

• Technical Support.

• Backup Operation & monitoring.

• Handle standalone server & LAN configuration.

• Implementing, configuring & maintaining LAN/ Broadband Networks.

• Dot matrix printers, Laser & inkjet printer’s scanners & other equipment’s.

• Knowledge in Configuring Client Security policies.

• Setup audio visual equipment, including projectors and microphones across linked conference rooms.

• User administration (setup and maintaining account).

• Create a backup and recovery policy.

• Create and Maintain Vendor and Client relationships
