• technical support.

• backup operation & monitoring.

• handle standalone server & lan configuration.

• implementing, configuring & maintaining lan/ broadband networks.

• dot matrix printers, laser & inkjet printer’s scanners & other equipment’s.

• knowledge in configuring client security policies.

• setup audio visual equipment, including projectors and microphones across linked conference rooms.

• user administration (setup and maintaining account).

• create a backup and recovery policy.

• create and maintain vendor and client relationships
