Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the Agency Channel Motor / Health Insurance business and recruit Financial Advisors/Agents.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruit and onboard new agents through networking, market mapping, and other recruitment channels.

· Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets.

· Support agents through training programs, promotional activities, and motivation to enhance performance.

· Ensure business hygiene through timely reporting, reconciliation, and resolution of customer complaints.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in Agency Channel (Health or Motor Insurance)

· Candidate must be from the insurance company and from the Bangalore location only

· Age limit 25 -31 Years Max.
