Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the Agency Channel Motor Insurance business and recruit Financial Advisors/Agents.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new agents through networking, market mapping, and other recruitment channels.

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets.

Support agents through training programs, promotional activities, and motivation to enhance performance.

Ensure business hygiene through timely reporting, reconciliation, and resolution of customer complaints.

Requirements

Bachelors degree with at least 1 year of experience in Agency Channel Motor Insurance.

Candidate must be from the insurance company and from the Bangalore location only

Age limit 25 -31 Years Max.
