Roles & Responsibilities: -
 Find & develop qualified leads & then convert them through the sales process into prospects &
customers.
 Determines annual unit and Gross-Profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and
analyzing trends and results.
 Generate Leads through sales process, nurture them and convert them into accounts.
 Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target for self; and
projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
 Regular visits to qualified prospects & customers, to drive the business & grow the company
revenue market share & profitability
 Maintain & grow customer sales volume, Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring
market trends, company margin directives, competition, supply and demand.
 Take reporting from Sales executives/Assistant Manager & support them to develop and grow
their sales achievement
 Maintain activity log in Customer relationship management [CRM] software & prepares/ submits
all required reports in an accurate & timely manner.
 Achieves the annual growth targets (Revenue, Profit, Volume) as defined in the budget, must be
capable of closing business independently.
 Collecting payments in a timely manner from clients, as per the credit lines approved
 Following company policies & procedures such as onboarding forms, SOPs, etc.
