Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute sales plans to meet targets and drive revenue growth.

- Manage sales team: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Build and maintain client relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.

- Monitor sales performance: Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets.

- Conduct market research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, sales team members, and other stakeholders to convey information and build relationships.

- Strong negotiation skills: Capable of negotiating and closing deals with clients to meet sales targets and increase revenue.

- Proven track record in sales: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales management role.

- Goal-oriented and results-driven: Motivated to achieve targets and drive sales performance, with a focus on delivering results.
