We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to handle home interior our furniture

showroom sales leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, and creating

exceptional customer experiences. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales

targets, archiving maximum leads conversion ratio and ensuring the smooth operation of the showroom.

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership

 Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and meet or exceed

sales booking targets.

 Take maximum follow-ups without any timing boundaries.

 Understand sales quotes, prepare sales pitch develop customer centric & customer specific

approach to get maximum customer booking.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns to boost

sales.

2. Customer Relationship Management

 Daily updates in Sales Force required.

 Incentive for archiving sales target will be extra, whereas for bad performance for one quarter will

impose in penalty.

 Provide exceptional customer service by personally assisting high-profile clients and addressing

their needs in BOQS.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and through referrals.

3. Team Management:

 Attend regular team meetings to communicate goals, sales strategies, and performance

expectations.

 Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages achievement and growth.

 Coordination with designer is the key to this post. Learn terminology & methodology of home

interior field to understand field matrices.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

 Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to Centre head.

 Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about pricing, promotions, and product

offerings.

Requirements:

 Should be a graduate with 1-2 years of prior experience in B2B or B2C Sales.

 Strong listening and presentation skills.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and, manage time effectively.

 Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

 Passion for selling is must for this post.
