key responsibilities:
as a relationship manager with our real estate channel partner team, you will:
- identify selling possibilities and thoroughly assess customer needs in the dynamic bangalore real estate market.
- cultivate extensive project and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
- personalize purchase opportunities to meet customer needs and wants.
- schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
- deliver compelling presentations and demos on new launch projects and services.
- skillfully negotiate and close deals while addressing any customer complaints or objections.
- prioritize superior customer service, emphasizing brand experience and customer engagement.
- act as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with customers.
- meet and exceed sales projections, consistently achieving company and individual targets.
- collaborate as a team player, upholding company policies in customer service and contributing to a positive work environment.
- follow company processes and procedures for lead management and reporting.
requirements:
- minimum 1+ years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate.
- proficiency in english; knowledge of hindi and/or kannada is optional.
- graduate degree in any field.
- valid driving license and a two/four-wheeler.
- hands-on experience with crm software is a plus.
- thorough understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiating techniques.
- fast learner with a strong passion for sales.
- self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
