key responsibilities:

handle walk-in and inquiry-based sales for residential flats.

conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.

follow up with potential buyers and close sales efficiently.

coordinate with marketing and crm teams for lead follow-up.

maintain daily sales reports and documentation.

understand customer requirements and suggest suitable units.

achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

requirements:

1-2 years of experience in flat or real estate project sales.

excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

strong knowledge of the local market (rasayni, panvel, or nearby).
