sr. sales manager
we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior sales manager to lead our dynamic sales and marketing team within the real estate industry
requirements:
- minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate industry
- bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
- proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and industry regulations.
- excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- proficiency in using crm software and sales tools.
- strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
responsibilities:
- lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets.
- analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- build and nurture strong client relationships, real estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- monitor and analyze sales metrics and kpis, generating regular reports and implementing strategies to optimize sales processes.
- provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure our team's knowledge is current and relevant.
