The position of Team Leader - Inside Sales is responsible for ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, driving & managing inside sales team. The Team Leader will be responsible for achieving or exceeding the target assigned to his Sales Teams, ensuring optimum utilization of available resources. The Team Leader will manage relationships with other staff functions to ensure appropriate resources are available to support selling objectives.
Responsibilities:
Select, develop, and coach the Inside Sales team to meet or exceed assigned goals.
Responsible for driving revenue through Inside Sales team.
Implement the sales process which are part of Sales function.
Motivate and retain the Team members.
Keep a daily track of Leads, Demonstrations, and customer conversions. Provide MIS Reports.
Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned areas.

Experience of Software Sales as individual contributor / Team Leading Role.
