Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and create effective content strategies to target those keywords. Perform thorough website audits and provide recommendations to optimize website structure, on-page elements, and overall user experience for better search engine visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers, and marketing managers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital properties. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas of improvement and track the success of SEO initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to adapt SEO strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and benchmark our performance against industry standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the SEO team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Stay informed about emerging SEO techniques and industry best practices, and make recommendations for implementing new strategies or tools. Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing SEO performance, insights, and recommendations

The position of Team Leader - Inside Sales is responsible for ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, driving & managing inside sales team. The Team Leader will be responsible for achieving or exceeding the target assigned to his Sales Teams, ensuring optimum utilization of available resources. The Team Leader will manage relationships with other staff functions to ensure appropriate resources are available to support selling objectives.Responsibilities: Select, develop, and coach the Inside Sales team to meet or exceed assigned goals. Responsible for driving revenue through Inside Sales team. Implement the sales process which are part of Sales function. Motivate and retain the Team members. Keep a daily track of Leads, Demonstrations, and customer conversions. Provide MIS Reports.
