Sales Girl (Female)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Girl to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and must be a female graduate, ready to work full-time from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Customers: Greet and help customers in selecting products. Provide information about features, prices, and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.

2. Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure that the sales floor is organized and visually appealing. Keep merchandise displayed neatly and ensure shelves are stocked.

3. Process Sales Transactions: Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Prepare receipts and manage the cash register efficiently.

4. Build Customer Relationships: Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment. Address their needs and feedback to encourage repeat business.

5. Meet Sales Targets: Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales goals. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales.
