responsibilities:
• identify strong potential prospects, to generate lead opportunities.
• engaging and interact information to potential customers.
• create a good connection with your client with your skills and crack a deal.
• follow up on company-generated leads and obtain new leads through referrals.
• support our top clients and be a key player in guiding potential clients in making confident.
• purchasing decisions by demonstrating the attributes of the company's products or services.
• you will be directly involved in discussions with the end client globally.
• run international business development campaigns for business development.
• manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
• build trust with our clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes.
• set up and maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in our sales database.
• handle inbound and outbound calling for customer service.
• identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
• keep records of customer interactions and process customer profiles.
• follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• take the extra mile to engage customers.
