responsibilities

secure new business prospects for export and import freight forwarding business

perform cold-calling to build a strong sales pipeline and nurture new sales leads

leads conversion time to business customers should be as low as possible.

prepare quotations for rfq’s

prepare sales proposal and presentation

provide sales agreement to prospective customer

maintain sales-related database

collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer’s experience

must be analytical and a problem solver with adequate skill set to handle stressful situations while putting the needs of the customer first.

complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner
