a. To be aLocal Representative supporting customers of Sinewave
b. To know and remain in touch with the influences in local market
c. To support and promote Sinewave in local market
d. To report & update Head Office with respect to unusual activity by the competitor
e. To escalate any issue/grievance of existing customer if not resolved immediately
f. To receive activity schedule from TL/TC on daily basis
g. Provide service/assistance to the client as and when required
h. Visiting Client office for solving Technical Queries
i. Any pending issues/unresolved Customer Queries should be forwarded to TL/TC
j. Should achieve monthly Sales and Collection Targets
k. All other relevant activities required for supporting Customers’ need to be attended
