To report & update Head Office with respect to unusual activity by the competitore. To escalate any issue/grievance of existing customer if not resolved immediatelyf. To receive activity schedule from TL/TC on daily basisg. Provide service/assistance to the client as and when requiredh. Visiting Client office for solving Technical Queriesi. Any pending issues/unresolved Customer Queries should be forwarded to TL/TCj. Should achieve monthly Sales and Collection Targetsk. All other relevant activities required for supporting Customers need to be attended
