• Should have very good knowledge of Residential/Commercial Projects in Gurgaon.
• Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets.
• Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
• Provide the best possible solution to the customers.
• To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan.
