● planning, analyzing and executing the sales strategy in the market
● prospecting, filtering, segmenting and qualifying the leads
● reaching out, following up and booking appointments/calls
● closing deals, signing up the contract and onboarding the client
● knowledge transfer - share the product knowledge to the content and marketing team
● requirement gathering - requesting product details like demo video, tutorials, product specification and functionalities from client about their product
● contact person to clients regarding questions, queries and clarifications about the product by webinars, newsletters and sales reports
● keep track of the sales an update the clients about the closure of the deals
● jump on call with client to receive feedback
● analyze the effectiveness of the promotions and sales count to make a report
● you’re here (in the sales role) to make a difference & add value to the company (thus, to yourself)
● we are looking for trainable/coachable team players
● we are not looking for candidates with tons of experience (above 5+ years is a big no)
● we are looking for candidates who deliver the results & not ppts
required skills:
● 2-5 years of sales development experience in the tech space
● excellent communication skills & very fluent in english (obviously!)
● really good at closing deals
● should know how to negotiate (right from taking up this job)
● experience in working with the us, uk, and european clients
● really good at building partnerships

● any ug/pg degree from the university
● open to explore & learn new tools every day
● creative approach to solving problems
● ability to meet deadlines
● familiar with the saas/software industry is a plus
