We're looking for someone Answer Employee questionsEnd to end recruitment processesEmployee attendance and time managementPayroll activitiesCreating and distributing documents.Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators.Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.Setting appointments and arranging meetings.Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheetRecruitment/New Hire Process:Participating in recruitment effortsPosting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.Collecting employment and tax information.Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.Preparing new employee files.Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.Orienting new employees to the organization (Setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)Conducting benefit enrollment process.Administering new employment assessments.Serving as a point person for all new employee questionsPayroll and benefits administration:Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.Answering payroll questions.Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices of payment.Record Maintenance:Maintaining current HR files and databases.Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status and similar records.Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.Preparing scope of work for each recruited employee and keeping track.Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action.Completing termination paperwork

JOB DESCRIPTION Planning, analyzing and executing the Sales strategy in the market Prospecting, filtering, segmenting and qualifying the leads Reaching out, following up and booking appointments/calls Closing deals, signing up the contract and onboarding the client Knowledge Transfer - Share the product knowledge to the Content and Marketing Team Requirement Gathering - Requesting Product details like Demo video, Tutorials, Product specification and Functionalities from client about their product Contact person to clients regarding questions, queries and clarifications about the product by Webinars, Newsletters and Sales Reports Keep track of the Sales an update the clients about the closure of the deals Jump on call with client to receive feedback Analyze the effectiveness of the promotions and sales count to make a report Youre here (in the Sales role) to make a difference & add value to the company (thus, to yourself) We are looking for trainable/coachable team players We are not looking for candidates with tons of experience (above 5+ years is a big no) We are looking for candidates who deliver the results & not PPTsRequired Skills: 2-5 years of Sales Development experience in the tech space Excellent communication skills & very fluent in English (obviously!) What youll do: Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to Assess user experience Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and incorporate the findings in the development Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management Use coding to develop the aesthetics implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability What will make you stand out: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI development Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jquery and Angular Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy and technology Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome Experience creating code to client's personalized needs and requirements Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop
