Job Description

We are hiring for the client servicing profile. The position holder will be an Individual Contributor. You have to manage, build professional relationship with already existing clients who are already using the services of IndiaMart. You need to ensure that your clients are using and deriving benefits from IndiaMart by providing them prompt resolution to their queries.

For that you are supposed to call those clients, fix the meeting & go on field to meet those clients and understand their needs & pitch them for upsell, cross- sell and timely renewals. You would be required to meet 4- 5 clients in a day.
