Responsibilities
• Prospecting leads and contacting them to offer the product or service
• Organizing meetings with potential clients
• Understand clients’ requirements to create effective service proposals.
• Providing the client with product/service demonstrations
• Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
• Responding to product queries from potential customers generates new orders and accounts.
• Negotiating contracts to get the best deal for both the client and the company
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities
• Reviewing and reporting on sales performance
• Keep track of all potential clients, follow-ups, and conversions in a database.
• Meet the assigned sales goal and strive for the best outcomes possible.
• Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Skills And Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in direct or inside sales
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Should be able to close sales and prospect well.
• Quick learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
