job responsibilities:

- client acquisition: engage with potential clients, including business partners, distributors, supermarkets, and retail outlets throughout india to build strong relationships.

- sales strategy execution: implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing strategies in collaboration with the management team to maximize sales.

- order and contract management: oversee the entire order process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- market research: gather and analyze market data to assess consumer demand, trends, and provide recommendations for product offerings and market expansion.

- customer support: address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

job requirements:

- experience: minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in the agricultural or food sectors.

- communication: strong communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.

- market insight: understanding of the indian agricultural market and import/export procedures.

- language: proficiency in english is essential; knowledge of hindi or local languages is a plus.

- work ethic: the candidate should be responsible, honest, and capable of working independently and in a team.
