Tun Minh Export Company is expanding into the Indian market and seeks to hire five experienced Agricultural Sales Representatives to establish a strong presence, boost sales, and introduce high-quality Vietnamese agricultural products across India.Position: Agricultural Sales Representative Number of Positions: 05 Location: IndiaJob Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients, including business partners, distributors, supermarkets, and retail outlets throughout India to build strong relationships.- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing strategies in collaboration with the management team to maximize sales.- Order and Contract Management: Oversee the entire order process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.- Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to assess consumer demand, trends, and provide recommendations for product offerings and market expansion.- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.Job Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in the agricultural or food sectors.- Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.- Market Insight: Understanding of the Indian agricultural market and import/export procedures.- Language: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi or local languages is a plus.- Work Ethic: The candidate should be responsible, honest, and capable of working independently and in a team.Benefits:- Salary: 27,000 - 54,000 INR/month- Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and long-term growth in an international setting.- Employee Benefits: Full benefits package, including insurance, paid time off, and other perks.
