Job Description:
Tripoza Holidays is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing tourism team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for domestic & international tour packages
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain client records and booking details
Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking process
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
Requirements & Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of tour packages, destinations & travel processes
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools (preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
