Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand the dealer and distributor network, promote bathware products, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, visit, and onboard potential Dealers and Distributors in the assigned territory.
Promote bathware products through regular field visits and product presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers and Distributors through continuous engagement.
Ensure timely communication and implementation of dealer schemes.
Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Clearly explain product features and Unique Selling Points (USPs) to Dealers and Distributors.
Provide accurate market feedback and competitor analysis.
Maintain and submit monthly sales data and reports.
Ensure proper product display and brand visibility at dealer outlets.
Collect payments from Dealers and Distributors as per company policy.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sanitary ware/bathware products or willingness to learn.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
